Lock Screen Notes: Sticky — last updated 3 August 2026

My note disappeared from the Lock Screen

Two common causes:

• Live Activities are off. Open Settings → Sticky → Live Activities and turn "Allow Live Activities" on. The app shows a warning when this is the case.
• The free preview ended. The preview lasts 12 hours. Sticky Pro keeps the note there permanently.

I swiped the note away and it did not come back

With Sticky Pro it returns within a few seconds — iOS only lets a backgrounded app restore a Lock Screen card through a visible notification, so your phone may buzz. During the free preview it does not come back.

How do I check off an item without unlocking?

Tap the checkbox directly on the Lock Screen card.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Sticky Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Restore a purchase

Open Sticky → Settings → Sticky Pro → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account.
